Terms and Conditions

 BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. No exceptions, no excuses. The booking fee is counted towards your total. 

 RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please e-mail me at Prettyinkombrebrows@gmail.com within 3 days' notice if possible. You are given 48 hours to reschedule to a new date. Any more than 48 hours will result in another deposit. You are allowed to reschedule only once, anymore will result in another deposit regardless if it's within 48 hours or not. You may need to wait until my next availability.  

 NO SHOWS: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full service! 

 CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel, please email Prettyinkombrebrows@gmail.com 

 PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service. No need to arrive early since appointments are back to back. 

 LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a " NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please allow extra time for traffic and finding the location. 

 PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by my insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes. 

 NO GUEST: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contaminations. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up. Translators are allowed. 

 NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure complete satisfaction of service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we ca n talk about option available.
